Vi è mai capitato di svegliarvi al mattino e sentirvi in un film?

 E’ ciò che è accaduto a me qualche settimana fa al Grand hotel Aminta,a Sorrento.

 

L’hotel è immerso nel verde e offre un panorama a dir poco mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli.

La sua location, garantisce tranquillità e relax, ottima per chi vuole una pausa dallo stress accumulato in città. Ciò nonostante l’hotel Aminta ha una posizione davvero strategica: dista solo pochi km dal centro storico di Sorrento e offre un servizio navetta gratuito che parte ogni ora dall’Hotel fino al centro e viceversa. Per chi invece preferisce raggiungere il centro a piedi, dovrà percorrere solo 1,8km .

Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, ammetto che ogni mia richiesta è stata soddisfatta a pieni voti.

Ho trascorso 2 notti e 3 giorni in hotel in una magnifica Suite che affaccia direttamente su piscina dell’albergo e sull’incredibile golfo di Napoli. Svegliarsi e ammirare tale meraviglie mi faceva venir voglia di restare tutto il giorno in camera.

Ovviamente non potevo farmi mancare la colazione in camera, un MUST con una vista del genere!

Non è la prima volta che sono stata a Sorrento, essendo di Napoli, ci vado molto spesso. Nonostante ciò non potevo fare a meno di girare per le classiche stradine di Sorrento: strettissime e ricche di botteghe colorate da frutti e limoni profumati. Per non parlare dei mille souvenir da poter acquistare a bassissimo prezzo.

 

Tappa fondamentale, per i golosi come me, è stata quella da “Nino & Friends” un’azienda che offre prodotti rigorosamente “made in Italy” e di alta qualità. Dal limoncello ai confetti farciti con creme artigianali o biscotti dai gusti più raffinati. Non vi nascondo che parlandovene ho una voglia matta di mangiarli!

Guys have you ever wake up in the morning feeling yourself the protagonist of a movie?

Well, that’s what happened to me some weeks ago at Grand Hotel Aminta 

in Sorrento coast (Italy).

The hotel is situated in a very good position, in a natural contest and offers a breathtaking panorama on the Gulf of Naples.

Its location ensures tranquility and relaxation, great for those who want a break from stress accumulated in the city. Nevertheless, the Aminta Hotel has a very strategic location: it is only a few kilometers from the historic center of Sorrento and offers a free shuttle service that goes every hour from Hotel to Center and from the centre to the hotel, of course. For those who prefer to reach the center on foot, it will only travel 1.8km.

Staff is always  helpful, I admit that every request I made was immediately satisfied.

I spent 2 nights and 3 days in the hotel in a magnificent Suite overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and the incredible gulf of Naples. Waking up and admiring such wonders made me want to stay all day in the room.

Obviously I could not miss the breakfast in the room, a MUST with such a view!

It’s not the first time I’ve been in Sorrento, I’m from Naples that it is very close to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, I go there often. Despite this I could not resist and I went to the classic streets of Sorrento: very busy and full of colorful shops with scented fruit and lemons. Not to mention the thousand souvenirs you can buy at a very low price.

One of the most important stop for the greedy ones like me was “Nino & Friends”, a company that offers products made strictly “made in Italy” and of high quality. From limoncello to confetti stuffed with handmade creams or biscuits with the most refined tastes. Do not hide that I have a craving to eat!
